Art Of Logging
Heavy Machinery
What gives the impetus to a new Art Of Logging album is basically to learn to use new instruments, softwares, recording techniques. It’s a process that forces to change my perspective on composing, and I end up finding unexpected ideas. Heavy Machinery was fast and fun to make, and more refined in sounds than the previous effort. It showcased many influences drawn from my electronic music listening of the times, from French house to big beat and nu-jazz.
“Manic accuracy in sounds, breath-taking breaks, digital impulses and sampledelia. An high-grade return.” (The Vibes)
